For those interested, Hanart has a few Candida Hoefer and a set of Becher & Bechers on view, I won't recommend the Ruff there and I don't see any Gursky hanging anywhere as publicized. I wish to see instead also Thomas Struth and Axel Huette, two of my best loved students of Becher to complete the show, rather than mixed up now with a random bunch of Sugimoto, Warhol, Wesselmann, Basquiat and Hirst ....

For me, only the Sugimotos and Bechers are really good works in the show. Quite disappointed with the Hofers!

Also, you can get the Hirst's color spots prints (wrapping paper!) in Agnes B gallery for free. It's just the same stuffs in Hanart which cost $$$$$$$!

在venice跟kassel就經已發現Hoefer不會使我興奮,多了派頭,少了院派的magic.
hanart的山寨式環境,使我都沒有認真看Sugimoto.在washington dc看了他的非純攝影作品展,一貫的唔太喜歡,但大概曝光技巧,對攝影人特別有意思,就像ruff的那些星空?
